Product Overview
Sucker Rod Guide, or Sucker Rod Centralizer, used in pumping well, is a tool which can set upright the sucker rod, and protect the sucker rod from wiping with tubing pipe.
Sucker rod is used to prevent the pumping rod centralizer and columns and tubing wall friction. Our company can produce the twisted card sucker rod centralizer, with installation and removal easy, high strength, high toughness, low creep, low water absorption, anti-corrosion oil, wear characteristics. Product Structure
Sucker rod centralizer is composed of collar, centering sleeve and nipple.
Three Types
1) Twist centralizer: Low cost, easily operated.
2) Wheel centralizer: When sucker rod works, wheels roll on tubing inside. It can avoid sucker rod rubbing with tubing pipe.
3) Rod shaped centralizer: When sucker rod works, nylon block touches tubing inside, it can avoid sucker rod rubbing with tubing pipe. Nylon block can rotate, then the rub is even wear. The user only change nylon block replace rod body, which reduces fabrication-cost.
